Ron married Brenda Healy on April 11th 1977 and together they had two sons, Troy and Clayton. Ron and Brenda were loving parents. Ron coached many of the two boys sports team’s and they loved family vacations to Moab and southern Utah along with trips to Virginia to See his brother Mike. In later years he was often off to see the grand kids in North Carolina or jet setting to Europe. Ron always loved animals and in his later years loved going on bird watching trips with his son Clayton, the two also enjoyed going on day trips around the state. Ron was very proud of both his basque heritage and his Leatham heritage.
Ron is preceded in death by his father Glen, Mother Helen, ex wife Brenda and brothers Rick and Mike.
Ron is Survived by his two Sons Troy and Clayton along with his daughter in law Angela and two grandchildren Isaac and Amaya.
The only instructions Ron gave his family upon his death was that he wanted to be buried with his checkbook in case he needed to bribe Saint Peter. At this time the family has decided to ignore his wish as there could be no doubt Saint Peter opened the gates wide upon his arrival.
We are going to Miss you Dad! You fought hard and were an inspiration to us all. We will forever be “your guy” or “your tiger”.
